About Mrs. Callahan
Rebecca Zack Callahan, MSN, WHNP-BC, is a passionate women’s healthcare nurse practitioner. She is a graduate of Princeton University, New York University, and the University of Pennsylvania. She has worked at such diverse institutions as New York Presbyterian Hospital, The Children’s Aid Society, and both private and public OB/GYN offices. Rebecca has a background in gynecology and menopause and now focuses on weight management. She loves empowering women through knowledge and helping them to regain their self-confidence.
Rebecca is a founding team member and adviser for Maven Clinic, the digital clinic for women, which has been offering virtual video appointments to patients since before telemedicine was a thing. She is also an 800+ hour certified Jivamukti and pre/postnatal yoga teacher, a level 2 Reiki practitioner, and an avid meditator.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys baking vegan treats, working out on her Peloton bike, and spending time with her family. She loves to travel, read, and expand her horizons. Rebecca is fluent in Spanish thanks to extensive study-abroad programs during and after college (she lived in Spain, Mexico, Cuba, and the Galapagos Islands of Ecuador). Her dream destinations include Greece, Bali, and India. In 2020 she moved back from NYC to her native Princeton with her husband and three children.
