Dr Gibbons was amazing and exceptional at her exam and discussions with me.
I did have to wait for more than an hour in my car thinking they will call me any minute. Later I found out they were running late.. which is fine but they could have communicated this before!

Dr. Gibbons was great and very professional and gentle.
I did have to wait two hours after my appointment time. Many patients would have appreciated a phone call to say that they were backed up that long. There were no apologies made.
I could have stayed at work and come later rather than sitting in the parking lot.
